Pat Tesche is responsible for overall strategic management and direction for Global FPG. With more than 30 years of experience in the industry, he is a well-recognized code and standards expert in the fields of passive fire protection and lean construction methodology. He has created and successfully managed several businesses, and is a respected manager of engineering, consulting, and design-based teams. Serving on several industry committees, Tesche has been instrumental in shaping the content and the inspection process for the passive fire protection industry. His portfolio includes work for several of the largest buildings and healthcare facilities in North America and numerous projects in the Middle East and Canada. Tesche continues to bring value to customers through engineered services, training, and project management.
His passion includes presenting and training on behalf of Global FPG and the International Firestop Council across the world. He is an integral member of the International Firestop Council, chairing the Firestop Inspector Committee, and serves as the Task Group Chair for the ASTM 3038: Qualifications Firestop Inspector, as well as an active voting member on the ASTM E05 & E06 and sits on the UL Standard Technical Panel 1479 and 2079. He is the first Intertek IQP Firestop Inspector. Tesche is also a member of ICC Liberty Chapter, American Society of Healthcare Engineers, ASTM, ASSE, and IFC. He attended Drexel University receiving a degree in Construction Management, attended Wharton Entrepreneur Program with a Certificate in Strategic Management, Managing the Global Firm, and Leadership 21st Century.

John Campbell is an engineering business unit leader with more than 30 years of experience and is responsible for product standards, quality, and all customer work at Global FPG. He is a registered engineer in all 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, the Northern Marianna Islands, and eight Canadian provinces. He is a Certified Fire Protection Specialist, holds Fellow Grade for the Institute of Fire Engineers, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Society of Fire Protection Engineers (SFPE). Campbell has worked throughout the world on complex fire protection engineering projects and has managed engineering businesses and teams of engineers, designers, and consultants to bring value to customers.
Campbell wrote Supplement 1 of the NFPA 20 handbook, 2016 edition, and provides training worldwide for fire protection engineering topics, NFPA standards, and design principles. Sought after for his knowledge and experience, he’s written many articles for trade and industry publications such as Facilities Services Management, Sprinkler Age Magazine, PM Engineer Magazine, and Fire Protection Contractor Magazine, among others.
Campbell has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology, and an MBA from Fontbonne University in St. Louis. He serves on several code development committees including NFPA 18, 18A, 20, 22, 25, 120/122, 770 and 1150, and formerly sat on NFPA 30 and 30B. He’s also an active member of the ASTM E05 Fire Standards Committee and also sits on the American Water Works Association (AWWA), M31 - Distribution System Requirements for Fire Protection Committee.

Mark Mangels is a fire and life safety veteran with more than 30 years of experience understanding and solving customer needs. Currently serving as the EVP of Business Development for Global FPG, he focuses on business development, growth strategy, and customer advocacy. He is a Certified Fire Protection Specialist and is known for understanding customer needs and delivering well-received, cost-effective solutions.
Mangels began his career with field and shop work and quickly transitioned into fire systems design and code consulting. He has experience opening and managing consulting offices across the U.S., as well as a leading sales executive at one of the worlds’ largest fire and life safety consulting and engineering companies for more than a decade. He brings his depth of experience in the industry, as well as the knowledge of multiple market sectors all over the world to the Global PFG team and their clients.
